Anyone know where to but a battery for a 2001 BMW 325ci?
Canadain tire does not carry one.
How much at the dealership?
Is there anything special about BMW batteries?

They do carry one, but it's not in their computer if they search by car.
The part number for the Eliminator battery is:
10-4800, Vented 690 CCA
I think it's about $100, and you can extend the full replacement warranty to 9 years (standard is 3 years) for $10. The replacement warranty I think can only be used once, but for $10, it's worth it.
You have to also pay a $10 deposit, refundable when you bring in your old battery.

Or if you want a really good one, I suggest going with a Optina Yellowtop. Its great for sound systems and retails for $180 at sams club

I think a Motomaster Eliminator will fit in the car. Model 10-78-70-2 has 770 CCA and its dimensions are:
7.5x7x10.25
I think that is slightly smaller than the OEM in my 2000 323i. I am going to check it out tonight to see if it fits. My OEM lasted 8 years...pretty good!

Doesn't fit since the terminals are on the side. No terminals on top.
They had a battery with 875 CCA. Does anyone know if you can us this battery when the spec says 765 CCA? Will it harm the car?
