I just wanted to publicly thank Cross Ave Auto for helping me out yesterday with a repair on my 2002 E46 M3.
I found out last week that both bottoms of my rear axle springs were broken. I called Sam, and he basically offered to take out my old springs and replace them with some used stock ones that he had leftover from a suspension upgrade on another M3. The repairs were done quickly and professionally and for a very reasonable price.
I wish to extend my sincere gratititude to Sam and the team at Cross Ave. Auto for stepping up to the plate and helping me out with this situation. You guys have exceeded my expectations in all areas of customer service and satisfaction!
