Spring is around the corner and no one is posting track days????? If you need an official pace car, my X5 is always up for duty.

What happened to the MINI. Brakes melt, clutch dies, engine blows up. Lets just say it now has a new lease on life out of warranty. No it wasn't just me. I'll explain further details when I see you guys...lol

ok, date is still open and we need more people, otherwise it's going to be like $300pp with the list we have now.

I would like to get commitments from the people on the list and say an upfront payment of $250 right now to actually see how many real people we have before I think about booking the track.

If I don't get everyone, it's not going to happen because once I book and we don't get enough I'm on the hook for 50% of the total cost.

Towards the end of the 1st session on Sun a loud knock / vibration came from the engine and the engine temp shot up. ? bearing / rod/ etc? It still ran, but I shut it down before any more damage happened. Got a flatbed home courtesy of CAA.

Oh well, at least it didn't blow in the middle of #2 with a spin on my own oil.
