Chris maybe you should keep a list of our cell numbers.

You have to confirm with each individual that they're okay with other board members knowing their numbers though.

It's a matter of policy that I don't officially collect numbers nor do I distribute them without prior consent of the owner. Members PM their numbers if they want, which always becomes helpful when doing the large e46 meets, group buys etc.

But yes... I have a pretty long list of numbers for e46 which is kept in strict confidentiality.

Regular Friday meet?? Is it posted here? Perhaps I'm blind.

This Saturday is the chinese buffet thing again, but there is also a Friday meet? I'm all about the steak that's for sure....but I may not be able to do it this Friday since I'm at training all week :(

I don't think it's posted yet, but if in doubt, always check the CALENDAR (http://www.e46toronto.ca/forums/calendar.php?) if you need event details or what's happening in the month. It gets updated as updates happen.

Are you talking about Dim Sum on Sunday? As far as I know, there is no 'chinese buffet thing again' on Saturday!

Friday? I didn't know there was anything Friday. If it's not on the calendar and Audiophilia & I have'nt told you about it yet, then there's nothing. At least that we don't know about eh Anthony. Apparently we have spies everywhere. I didn't know that either. LOL!!!!! :yak:

If you don't me asking... how much and is it/can it be covered by OHIP. I've been contemplating for years, but i didn't wan people fcking around with my eyes even though they're already fckued. But glasses in winter are a pain cause of fog, pain in the summer cause when you get all sweaty they fall of your face, contacts are too much maintenance and you can only have them in your eyse for a certain duration... even the extended use ones. I just wanna wake up in the morning and not have to feel around for my glasses and squint to see what time it is. :confused2

laser eye surgery is not covered by OHIP...you have to pay for all of it outta your own pocket...the last time i checked, it was $2K per eye...how much are you getting yours done for trevor? you can PM us if you don't want to share the price.

as for contacts...i've been wearing them since grade 9...love em! i wear mine for like 14 hours a day. there are new contacts now where you can wear them for 24 hours and to sleep as well. it depends on the quality you get...you can get good contacts that won't dry out your eyes.

Chris, I'll PM you on that.

If anyone wants info please PM me. I prefer not to discuss this on the forum.

I had been wearing contacts for 20 years until early this years when my eyes bacame allergic to contacts, even with the latest contact that consists of 95% water.

Needless to say, this has cross my mind also :nerd: . The price depends on your eye prescription but plan for $2K - $2,500 per eye for a quality place. I get nervous about Lasik's $499 per eye ads.

My biggest question/worry about (slightly) reduced night vision after the surgery (at least this was the issue before, maybe the recent procedure does not impact it). Has anyone heard anything recent about this?

Alex
