Hi Phil
Any multipurpose cleaner from Canadian Tire will work. You're better off with an Eagle One cleaner / conditioner.
You don't really need to go all out for leatherette as it is very easy to maintain.

I believe for leatherette you can opt to clean/protect the material with 303 Aerospace Protectant. They call it SPF 40 for your car. It's for vinyl and rubber surfaces so I see no reason why you couldn't.
You could use an APC (all-purpose cleaner) to clean prior to 303 application (303 uses few cleaners in its formulation).
