tape to protect them from stones, etc. People typically cover up the fog lights as well, since those get smashed up easily, I'm not sure why he didn't do it.

I think it was the BMW Club advanced driving school last weekend. The guy that owns the shop where I got the alignment was there racing that weekend too.

You are right. This was Trillium's last school for the year
http://www.trillium-bmwclub.ca/trillium/site/page.jsp?DriverTraining but there is always next year .... plus there are other non-BMW club events still running for at least another month+ :-)

John D. of Raven (http://www.ravenperformance.com/index.htm) was actually a Chief Instructor for many years with Trillium but resigned earlier this year. Raven also has their own school/lapping days separate from BMW Club (see their website). Raven rent space at Bavarian Motors owned by Steve G. (BMW Doctor :) ) who is also an instructor. They are one of the better BMW shops in TO but on expensive side, based on other people's comments.
