Not buying but collecting dead halos

The dead halos that you guys have ... :D Could you not throwing them away and save it up for me ? I need the clips and wirings. Please let me know if you have any :D

You should have told Eric...I think he has seen his share of broken HALOs on other cars going into the garbage (including mine)

I think I'v thrown away over 2 full sets of Halo's....

The enhanced rings get reused though. Just the bulbs are broken and trashed.

I want those smalls silver connectors at the end of the halos ... they're not universal since I can't find them anywhere ...

When I moved my halos from the 330 to the M3 I had to cut some off. I just soldered everything together.

that's the reason why I want those clips ... because I dont wanna solder the wires .. :)

once it's clipped, it's hard to pull out from the black connector :thumbsdow

Get some long needle nose pliers and push the connectors out from the male end. A little tough but the do come out. I did it for ED and Chris's cars.

LOVE THE HALOS...I drove past the front of the Courthouse yesterday downtown and there was a highschool class waiting outside (I guess they were observing court proceedings that day). Whole bunch of looks, pointing and comments from the kids...very cool. :eek: :cool:

Oh, yeah no purple rings ever since i un-twisted the wires you did...then again, it got warmer out too so not definititve answer yet. :rolleyes:

Probably... it's like twisting rope around your neck when your wife is bothering you. Twist hard enough and your face goes purple. woot
