View Full Version : Bimmian Customer Services is Horrible

I ordered a set of rear LED tail lights, which was in stock at the time, and received it 3 months later. Everytime i called they told me in a couple days, I didn't think that would turn out to be 3 months

Ordered a Dice Silverline model, was in stock and suppose to ship next day according to their customer rep, but then later found out that it wasn't in stock, and they were unsure of when they would have it. However, of course they had charged me the day it was ordered.

I didn't want to wait another 3 months for the Dice, so i canceled.

I'm sure some of you have experience what i have, please share your experiences. I rather order from the states, and pay the duties and shipping rather then be lied to everytime i call.

If I wanted anything from bimmian, I'd just go see them at the shop. I've always had a good experience dealing with them

everything i bought from them was picked up at their shop and ive always had a good experience. When it comes to stuff that cannot simply be picked up, its better to go to a US vendor, its way cheaper even after shipping. I remember Khoalty was selling LED tails for like 150.


I like bimmian but my only problem is the lack of worth wild products.

Bimmian provides great service for me, in fact I was over there TODAY getting upgraded lighting and CF trim, yes on Canada Day. They are open, and there is a CDN prices-at-US-par special on their web site as well.

Normally I just drive around the back and ask for Aaron, Ian or Jeremey. Been buying parts from them for years.

Does Bimmian carry Dice Silverline Pro series? What other retailers in the gta for Dice besides NUTEk?

Because the first time the mention that it would be less then a week, which I wasn't aware of the incorrect lead times. The 2nd time I changed my approach and made sure it was in stock and will ship out the next day; however, i was lied to.
