During summer last year I purchased clear lights + bulbs for my car. However, ASPtuning forgot to ship the bulbs even though I was charged for all they only shipped the lights. I wasn't too fussed, emailed them and got store credit.

Around Christmas, I purchased black grilles and side markers [the clip on one of the markers purchased in summer snapped]. This time in shipping they sent me side markers for the same side [I would have been OK with it had it been the side I was looking for - unfortunately not]. I have sent repeated emails to Steve Phan @ ASPtuning to get this sorted out. He has acknowledged the error and would be sorting it out by sending the correct set. So far nothing yet. Initially, I was led to beleive that I would receive them by end of january. I got in touch through email [only form of communication] and he apologized for the oversight and I immediately got a shippind advice from Canada Post. Three weeks later no package and now no response from Steve Phan. I have also spoken to Canada Post and according to them, they only have an electronic order submission and i should contact the shipper. So far nothing......

This sucks !!

Those things come in from China/Taiwan...it can take 2+ months to receive an order from oversea's so he might be waiting on the correct parts to arrive for you depending on how large is orders are with them.

Stay with it, I am sure they will correct the issue for you.

My 2 cents:

Why would you ever buy BMW parts from a Calgary based shop?

Anything you want buy, you can buy from ebay or buy from a dependable US shop and even after customs and taxes (If any, since 99% of the stuff i buy from US does not even get taxed), they would still be cheaper.

good luck!

The above is only IMO, and from my experiences.
