Hey I was at Bimmian on the 28th of December and unfortunately they were/are in the middle of moving to a new location...
I live a couple hours away though and the staff were still willing to unlock for me and give some great advice and pricing!
They apologized for the un-organized state they were in... hopefully this is resolved soon as there aren't many Canadian locals to shop at~

Where are they moving to? Agreed its a real pain getting a hold of anyone on the phone. I still have burned out LED license plate bulb and solaris invisbulb to replace - we used to be able to go to the back door on evenings and weekends and just ring the bell.

For the record .. Bimmian did get back to me and sent me a replacement part super fast.
