Alright, the M3 is for sale. It can come with, or without all the parts. The asking price with all parts is $71,000 CDN. It's a 2001 BMW M3 in Laguna Seca Blue with Black interior. It has adjustable seat width, etc. Without any parts, I am asking $53,900. *Mileage is around 55,000km's*, car has had recall done, and is impeccable shape.
Parts include the following
19" HRE 545R 19x9 front, 19x10 rear - $8500 WITH TIRES, WILL NOT SEPERATE
Michelin rubber (PS2, 255 front, 285 rear)
TC Kline DA Suspension - $2650
TC Kline Rear Lower Control Arms - $550
TC Kline Trailing Arm Bushings - $385
TC Kline Camber Plates - $650
Stoptech BBK (14" all the way around) - $5200
Eisenmann Ti Exhaust - $2100
AFE Intake - $800
**All of these parts except the intake and exhaust, are still in the original packaging. The asking price for the parts with the car is including install.**
**Exhaust and intake is still on the car, so they can only be viewed once the car is taken out of storage**
If you are interested in parts only, then PM me for pricing. I am also sure if you price out what these parts cost, then add price of duty, taxes, and install, you will find it is much more then my asking price.
Please no low-ballers either. The car is NOT available for viewing right now, as it is in storage at Legendary Motor Car. If you are very serious, I can see about getting the vehicle out of storage, but a deposite will be needed. If you are interested in seeing parts, I have them available for viewing.

Next time read what is being posted before commenting on it. Also, take a look at the median for prices on 2001 M3's with 40-60k's worth of mileage. I believe it is around 53,900 or 52,900. So if you can build an M3 with all of the parts I listed for 40k, I applaud you. :Qboy:

mods are worthless in terms of resale - go to the dealership, they will give you nothing for the mods.

That's why people part out when they sell their rides! Stealerships don't give you much value for mods merely because they can only estimate based on auction value + a whole slew of reasons that I don't think we really need to discuss here.
Mclaren55 has some nice parts here and definitely they're worth something.
19" HRE + Michelin PS2 rubber :yourmyido
The selling price for 2001 M3 is range from 46k to 53k. You car must be in top shape and low mileage. I have seen 02 M3 for 53k low mileage also. Nice mod you have there.

So is that an offer? Honestly, why would I wholesale my car to a dealership? That's why I posted it here. :Qboy: I don't see why people who have no intention of buying a vehicle have the urge to comment in a for sale post.
I just did a value search on trader.com and the median was 52,900. I found another 01' with 122000km's for 49,900. So I feel that my car is relatively well priced. If you have a problem with that, then don't purchase it guys.
Please, unless you have an offer to put, don't post here. If you would like to insult me by saying my car is worth 40k, then private message me.

I was just simply stating, that this is a for sale thread. Not a thread for everyone to voice their opinions in. Therefore, as my mother always told me, if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all. I don't see the positives in half the posts in this thread, including what I am writing right now. Every other forum I post on has a generally accepted rule that unless you are going to make an offer, you stay out of the thread. I was unaware that this forum was different. I will keep it in mind next time I post, and get my flame suit from the dry cleaners.
You can either delete the whole thread, or just the usless posts in it, including this one.
Golden - Thanks, I hope it goes well also.

Mclaren55, no need to get your flame suit. Members here are just generally a bit more open as is the Site Administration. What we don't tolerate however is direct slagging, racism, and the similar like. We're pretty easy going here as a lot of the members already know each other personally. Sometimes, we just need to be bit more leniant and open-minded cause we're typing/internet. Sarcasm is not easily detected or words misintrepreted.
Mclaren, try to get some stealth shots in of your ride for sale or at least the parts. May help out with the sale. Again, good luck witht the sale Bro.
Thanks for keeping the peace ya'll. ;)

There are times when selling to a dealership makes it worth your while. This is especially true when you wish to buy another car and selling it to the dealer allows you to gain the tax advantage. (i.e. trading your car for 40K and then buying one for 50K ...you pay tax only on the difference). The only way its better to sell privately in this case is if you can make more than the tax you would pay on the new car (7500 in this case).....
Selling mods before selling your car also makes sense, if they are in good condition, people will definately buy. In this case I believe some of the mods are brand new!
good luck with your sale. I just bought a house, so my m3 dreams are far away now.

Thanks a lot for the tips. I will post up a pic of the car. The parts are still in the original packaging, so I will take them out later on if interest in them dies down. Just rather leave it as is, so its easier to ship, etc.
As for selling my car to a dealer, no way in hell. I already have my project car in the garage, and I am not going to take a substantial hit on a car I purchased in September. Doesn't really sound like good judgement to me. :confused2 If I were trading it in on a new BMW, I would, however I'm not. I decided to go something that has a 6 banger and a turbo. :) (and its not a supra or a skyline)

I wasn't suggesting trading it in cus your right, you would be taking a hit...i was only making a comment regarding advantages of trading in and when its better to sell privately. BUt most people here already know that. :Qboy:

$8500 for used rims and rubber?
I'm sorry guys, but how many times do I have to say this. The only things USED are the eisenmann exhaust, and AFE Intake. The 19" HRE's ARE BRAND NEW IN THE BOX WITH TIRES MOUNTED. Go get a qoute, HRE's just went up in price as of Jan 1/05. So if you want, go spend more on brand new rims and tires. Yes, $8500 is the price for my brand spankin' new HRE's with brand spankin' new PS2 rubber. Don't like it, don't buy it.
Stalker - You are #3 in the line up, I have others interested in it also. It has a combined total of maybe 7500km's on it. Its in great shape. It says meistershaft on the tips I believe.

The price you mentioned in your first post for the exhaust is your asking price in CA $$$?
I hope so because it's pretty expensive for USD.
