i don't think so, they give you SMG-equipped M3's. Not like that's a bad thing though :p

haha
well the Level-1 and Level-2 classes, you get to use manual-equipped 330i's if you request it. They don't teach any shifting, they assume you already know how to do it right, and then they focus on teaching you driving/braking/steering technique.
i think the Level-3 class would be fun, even tho it is significantly more expensive than the other ones... i'd love to take the M3 onto the Tremblant track, manual or not!!!! SMG is fun.. it's like playing a video game! :blaaaa:

GB!!! If we get 10, I think BMW throws in a free one, which means we can all get 9.09% off of the retail price!! Eezzie, let me know when you're going to Phase 2, I'm in!! :)

It was FANTASTIC. For the price, it'd better be 8D
SMG M3s, they change 'em every year... Accommodations are not paid for, but there are a bunch of reasonably prices hotels in that area, I found a decent room for 4 days, 500 bucks total.
The track alone is worth it, imho. I wanna go out again next summer, this time in my own car :)
i will join u guys on friday..but probably around 10, I have to go to a birthday partyHey Sean! You mean we can have fun again at 10:00? :p

i don't think so, they give you SMG-equipped M3's. Not like that's a bad thing though :pWhy SMG. Most of the guys like manuel. Just because race car now have been used SMG style doesn't mean we like it.
What!? Are you kidding? I ain't going to that then :0
Oh man: you can afford it. :p

Why SMG. Most of the guys like manuel.
Cause with a manual, instead of 2 day driving sessions they would have to have 2 days of heel-n-toeing sessions first. Most guys doing the course with me wouldn't do a very good job if they had to rev-match in every braking zone, me including. Also, a noob driving SMG won't wear out the clutch as much as a noob driving a manual will, so it's also cheaper for them :)
