So I just re-installed my stock airbox and my car is kinda quiet even with my Remus and straight pipe. There's no more angry growl coming from the engine bay at 4-5K rpms. :( When I had the intake before the exhaust, it was like this too. The intake and exhaust really complemented each other. One without the other doesn't seem enough. It just feels weird.... (probably intake withdrawal symptoms :Idunno: )

Hey Quick..After riding yer car (still has a mean pull)...yup yer right. it is kinda quiet. But knowing u it will be temporary. We're cut from the same cloth, always looking for the next best mod (bigger, better, faster & louder). Happy hunting.

Hey Ron, you're right about it being temporary... My replacement intake arrived today and is waiting at the office. Gives me a good reason to go to work on Monday :)

Hopefully it's Sharked by the time I see you again so you can give it a try.

Josel, thanks for letting me test you car. I really liked the short shifter. Let us know how the shark do for your car. :)

You're welcome... takes a while to get used to the clutch stop and SSK so it felt a bit shaky there a few times :) You should put an SSK on your car before even thinking about a supercharger... it's one of the things you use a lot everyday.

My buddy said it's a lot of work to put it in. He might able to do it from the top instead of under the car. I've been thinking about it.

Easier with a hoist... I doubt it can be done without having to go under the car. My brother helped me install it at his shop and I was inside the car while it was on the hoist working on whatever I can reach from there. He was under the car doing the difficult parts ;) .

If I do any more mod that require going under the car, my buddy will go phycho. :D
