OEM M3 mirrors today... Are these all the parts that I need to do M3 mirrors retrofit?? Got these from ZOOM...a member of this forum.. he told me that these mirrors come with split mirrors, but in fact they didn't come with split mirrors, even the driver side's mirror is missing :angry: Still waiting for an explanation from him. :thumbsdow So now I need to get these babies repainted, and hopefully someone here would help me to install these mirrors.
ZOOM...where is my driver side mirror!!? :crying:

that sucks man...hope theres good news out of this and that he has an explanation...getting ripped off sucks! :mad: but dont jump to conclusions.

Yeah... I'm not drawing to conclusion or anything like that right now.. :( I'm just still waiting for his explanation through email. Cause he has moved to France from Montreal. And the one who sent me the mirrors was his friend in Montreal. So hopefully he gets back to me asap.
Anyone here know a good bodyshop around mississauga area that can get these mirrors painted fast....I want to get these babies on my car ASAP!! :}: Thanks in advance........

If this was the guy who was selling stuff in carbon black...including a rear bumper and stuff...he tried to sell me a "perfect" yet scatched (apparently quite deeply) rear bumper, and was pretty persistent. if it is the same guy...what a fag...if not sorry zoom!
that's too bad. i hope he does the right thing.

btw do these fit the face lift sedans aswell?
how much did u pay if u dont midn me asking?
I read on Fanatics there is some kind of a wiring harness issue with the M3 mirror retrofit on newer facelifted cars ... the vendors still have not manufactured them yet ...

Probably they are using the replica ones...
Btw, check on fanatics, I think KSE Performance sells the OEM m3 mirrors for facelifted sedans.... not sure..but please check :thumbsup:

His screen name here is ZOOM. I feel sorry for him cause he's been ripping off members here at e46toronto.ca I still can afford a pair of M3 glass. But I still don't understand why he told me all that split screen bullshit etc. !
So how's your bumper CarbonM3? ZOOM, have you heard about KARMA? :cool:
My information may be outdated ... was looking for some back in January and kept running into the issue of the wiring harness not working for newer cars ... I think they physically fit properly on a newer sedan, but you lose the remote feature without the proper wire harness ... contacted several vendors and when I told them I had a facelifted '05 they said I was SOL ... :Idunno:
P.S. If you find someone with fully functional M3 mirrors on a facelifted sedan, please let me know, I'm not too fond of these stock 'elephant ears' on the car ... :confused2
