kinda bored at school rite now so ive decided to start a thread on the evolution of my ride. heh.. enjoy


Here it is.. in vancouver. The dealership delivered the car to our home. As you can see the car isnt even insured yet. look at that wheel gap!!! :eek:

Basically kept it stock for awhile till I sent the car over to Toronto. First big mod, KW coilovers

then came more mods... i really liked the stock look of the car, but then afterwards i knew it wasnt enough

I see HRE catalogue, be aware!!! Personally I think they suck, when through two sets to figure that out, one set to many.

lol thanks pej, im well aware of thier problems and for the price of thier rims compared to their quality, im definitely staying away from HRE's even though I believe they set the "benchmark" in today's wheel designs for european cars. Those catalogs are just there to give me some ideas towards the next look... the CEC catalogue on DVD is sweet.

Not quite the same colour scheme but much darker

Wheels are DPE GT7 20x8F and 20x9.5R with the standard lip and in a custom Titanium Asphalt finish.
Tires are BF Goodrich G-Force TA KDW's 225/30/20F and 245/30/20R.

my old 19s didnt really do it for me in terms of size. They didnt look as "filled". The 20s now dont look that big to me either but they are and im very happy with the sizing..

Actually, Even tho they are 20", the centers are still 19" size since I have the standard lip, so the brakes would look the same in both 19 and 20.
