exterior moldings

hi, i posted this in tuningemotion already.
might as well get help from ppl on this forum too

i wanted to paint the black exterior trims runnin around my sedan to match my car, mystic blue. is it possible to do it by myself?
i dotn wanan spend much haha. impossible or not, can someone give me sugggestions.
