I'm sorry to hear that :( That's why i get paranoid about anyone driving my car...we all may know how to avoid that stuff, but you never know what may happen when someone else is behind your wheel. hope you can get it fixed!

I agree, just rims. You gave permission to your friend to drive your car...there's no guarantee you would have seen/avoided that rock if you had been driving either. You are lucky he is offering to pay. Hopefully the costs is not too bad.
