The last one has the best specs (FujiPlus). They all have the same response time and the FujiPlus has the best contrast ratio.
I would just do a google search with the model number and “review” to see what people are saying about this model. If it’s a dog you will find out pretty fast. One important thing to consider is the manufacturers warranty and how they handle dead/stuck pixels.
ms is the latency (response time) in milliseconds. It’s not that important unless you are playing first person shooter games, but lower is better. It's the ability of the pixels to turn on and off quickly. Lower numbers will also make video look better.
Contrast ratio is the ability of the monitor to show bright and dark areas at the same time. The higher the number the better the picture will look. The blacks will be blacker and the picture will "pop" like a photo when the contrast ratio is high. This is what makes LCDs look better than tube monitors.
The viewing angle is very important too. If the angle is narrow then the screen will only look good when you are directly in front of it.

Ya, by the specs it's the best but specs are not everything. A lot of no-name manufacturers over-rate their products.
I would still google the monitor just to make sure it’s not a piece of crap.
