Seems like its rattling. Did anyone else have this happen? How do you fix it?

It most likely the panel clips that tend to rattle. Apparently BMW has issued a new version of the clips with foam backing so they don't rattle. About 60 cents each.
It could also be your window regulators which are expensive.
There are a few good DIYs out there on how to remove your panels. It's not hard.
