I think you are just looking for an OEM xenon or bi-xenon headlight unit. There should be a few on e46fanatics being sold. First, check the prices at Pacific BMW or Circle BMW for comparison.

Thanks a lot guys :}: Is it just gonna be plug and play with the stock headlights? Because the BMW is a 2000 323Ci and it didn't come with Xenon headlights. So is it possible just to get a 2000-2002 BMW's OEM xenon and just unplug the whole old headlights compartment and replace it with the OEM bmw xenon compartment? Is that possible? Hope for more detailed explanations cause this is my first time to do this. Hope you guys don't mind :) Thanks in advance.

Plug and play for installing (make sure you ask them for installation instructions if u decide to DIY) but you may need to go to the stealership and get it programmed ... they'll probably charge u an hour labour...

yea man i would deifnatly go with umnitza. they are a sponsor of the site and we have used them for many things...you can get a product called "projector 46" its an oem xenon unit for cars that came without xenons and they have DDE's built in...the nice one (phosphyre halos) and they are plug and play....great value
