order it from Hagen. If I were you I'd get 6 or more bottles seeing as you will bleed/flush your brakes more often. I might be able to give you a bottle, but not 3 as I need to flush mine too before the season starts...

OK, I think I will order a case from Hagen. 12 bottles in a case, I will take 6 myself, so there are 6 up for sale. I will contact Hagen to see what the final cost is.

anybody else? Hagen is getting prices for me. I highly suggest to those that are coming out for May 4th event to change their brake fluid if they have not done so recently.

Pej,
If the price is right, I would be interested in 2 or 3 bottles.

yup, not worried, he has been good in the past. not in any huge rush either, since May 4th is still just under 2 months away.

Price is $21 a bottle. Not sure how good a price that is. I think they sell this stuff and motorcycle shops too.

I've got a couple bottles in the workshop I bought a couple years ago from a motorcycle shop. Motul RBF600 and the price tag is $15.99

Do you remember what shop? I think that might be the best place to get it. Might see is Cycle World has it, the big one on Dundas.

Just checked. Cycleworld, etobicoke, $20.99 before taxes a bottle.
Those Suzuki and Kawasaki are beautiful. 200km/hr easily. Just not brave enough to ride them.

so not that diff in price. With Hagen, we save on tax, but you have to pay shipping. We're screwed either way, lol.

Go see Gilman Auto in Scarborough. I used that shop all the time when I had my Integra, and I'd alway pick up bottles for $20 no tax from them for my Wilwood BBK.

just take the 6...you are eventually going to use them anyways....
3 now in the flush and you may need extra later on when you bleed...

LOL…you guys are nuts if you ask me. I don't get why you guys pay so much for brake fluid.
First of all, Motul 600 absorbs water very quickly so it will not maintain its peak dry temp rating for very long. It also comes in plastic bottles, so unless it’s very fresh it will likely start off near the wet rating right off the bat. (plastic bottles allow moisture in).
On the other hand, Ate SuperBlue/TYP-200 comes in metal cans so it has a very good shelf life. It also absorbs moisture very slowly so it is more likely to be performing at its dry rating than Motul.
Ate is only $10USD for 1L and because it comes in both blue and yellow, you only need 1L to do a complete flush. There is no waste when bleeding as the change is colour allows you to see fresh fluid the instant it comes out the hose.
So hmmm…chose Ate for $15CAD per flush plus I can order a few cans at a time, or choose Motul for $60CAD per flush and I have to pay for shipping every time I order since I should not be storing it.
Ate Superblue Dry/Wet – 536°F / 396°F
Motul RBF600 Dry/Wet - 593°F / 420°F

I believe the Motul bottles are filled with a special gas to avoid the moisture absorption...
I also keep my bottles in a temperature controlled de-humidor LOL... j/k

I also keep my bottles in a temperature controlled de-humidor LOL... j/kOK, that might solve the storage problem but it does not help once you've put the fluid in your car. Motul will get "wet" faster than Ate. (unless you are Glen, who sleeps with his Motul by his bedside and is known to be constantly bleeding his brakes to maintain that fresh feeling) :p
I think Motul is great stuff for race cars, but like SRF I think it is not the best solution for dual purpose cars.
I just used ATE Superblue. It's pretty neat, makes flushing much faster, coupled with a vacuum bleeder :D

Since there is no interest in the GB, its done.
