DRL Programmed Off?

I wanted to know if there were any dealerships in TO or even Ottawa that will turn off DRL?

I don't mind the drive, or to pay the $100/hr they charge to get it done.

And no, unplugging the DRL bulbs is not an option.

No dealership will do that here in T.O. (i dont know bout Ottawa). Check your PM
