Rice and I are organizing a pre-Bimmercruise meet for non-premier members on Oct 17. We will meet at Yorkdale Mall (parking lot in front of Indigo but closest to Yorkdale Rd) at 10am. We will be leaving the parking lot at 10:30am sharp.
We'll be handing out route maps when you arrive so that we can cruise down to the show and park all together. If you have radios (or even extras), bring them!
This is the sign-up thread. Make sure you wash and clean your cars :blaaaa: Even if some of us don't compete, we still got to represent e46toronto.
So come out to have some fun and support our team premier members :)

hey oyster --> we can definitely use your help with the map situation. when i finalize a route, I'll PM you.
we'll be parking inside on the grounds...cost is $15. just think of it as parking cost if you're not competing.

Hey Deiselgrl, thanx for organizing the pre-cruize meet.
Are you guys planning on taking part in the Bimmercruize "Cruize"? This is a cruize organized by the event that starts at 400 and King Rd. at 11:00am and follows a 120km route that ends at the show. I've been on one and it's quite something to be part of a convoy of 50+ bimmers of all types winding it's way through the countryside (north of the city). Details at 120km Cruize (http://www.maxbimmer.com/forums/showpost.php?p=471537&postcount=1)
Also I agree, I think we should pay the $15 and enter as participants but opt out of being judged; that way we can park close to TP...
Whatever you guys decide, should be fun to arrive as a group. Does everyone have the e46toronto.ca stickers?

Yeh, you guys should take part in the actual cruise woot I would love to but the meet is already out in the west end.
You guys should also think of changing your leaving time. If you leave Yorkdale at 11:30, you can make it in time for sure by 12:00 to the main park. Unless you want to help up the team in setting up for the event.... :D

Nice Vincent. That would be really nice if E46toronto members can also arrive in convoy. Power speaks in numbers. We really look forward to seeing another convoy from e46toronto roll up. We haven't seen that yet. Kinda like you drive your car but never see it being driven.

glad to hear you're gonna take part in the pre-meet. we haven't decided if we are going to take part in the cruize...it's a bit high-profile to be riding with so many bimmers on the highway...plus, we'd be a great target for the cops. we were thinking of having our own cruise (hopefully if we can get 20 cars) and definitely driving in together as a group to the meet. we'll try to park near TP if they let us ;)

FEW MORE DAYS UNTIL BIMMERCRUISE 2004....here is what's going to happen at the pre-meet that we are organizing:
10AM - 10:30AM Meet at Yorkdale Mall (furthest parking lot directly in front of Indigo...closest to Yorkdale Rd)
10:30AM Leave Yorkdale for a cruise along 401 to Mavis Rd (or mississauga area)
We are going to grab a bite to eat before we head over to the Bimmercruise meet. We'll be handing out route maps when you get to Yorkdale Mall...it's likely we'll stop off at Krispy Kreme at Mavis Rd/401 (or something in that area...I'd prefer Tim Hortons if we can find one).
We'll aim to get to the park at 12PM so we are not too early...and not too late. Just in time to make an entrance ;) We'll find a spot near Team Premier if we can...
We've decided not to join the other cruize that is happening...we are going to have our own e46toronto pre-meet :D
NOW...all you guys have to do is SIGN-UP so we know who can make it. So far, it's:

Just a suggestion Dieselgrl, if you arrive at the park ealier than the rest of Maxbimmer and Bimmercruise, Team Premier and e46toronto may actually take up a good portion of the park. try to get the best spots.

I had a great time today despite the crappy weather. We started off meeting at yorkdale...went to starbucks in Indigo for a hot drink (great meeting you 01cabrio330ci)...then we took a detour to Tim Horton's in an Esso station!...then we went to a sit down Tim Horton's on mississauga road somewhere...and finally met up with everyone at Bimmercruise. We didn't follow the original route (thanks oyster for those maps), but it all worked out :) VM - thanks for navigating us through mississauga :p What happened to you Stephen? did you leave shortly after we got to the park?
It was an exhausting day standing out in the cold for 5 hours, but we shared lots of laughs which made it all worth it. I'll try to post the pics that i took soon...
Team Premier had an excellent line up!!! Congrats to Yansha (TP) and Andrew (non-TP, e46toronto?) who took home awards. Chris & Ant - Great job...we're happy to be part of this event as e46toronto :}: Until the next show, take care all...
