Thanks to Pej again, I got this problem now. :}:
Do you guys think following the bedding instructions here will cure the problem?

Changing to race pad is not an option, only porterfield has pad for my car and they are very expensive.
Also, where would be a good place to do the bedding (around Mississauga)?

Also, where would be a good place to do the bedding (around Mississauga)?Nope, bedding will not cure judder caused by pad transfer. Driving around on the street will eventually remove the deposits that are causing the judder and the problem will disappear. Driving around on race pads will remove the buildup faster. If you want fast results you can have your rotors turned, but that is probably more expensive overall than buying a new set of race pads to use as “rotor cleaners”. (cost of removing/turning rotors + decrease in life of rotors due to material removed).
What pads were you using on the track?
What model is your car again? There are definitely more options available for track pads besides Porterfield. A good cheap place to start is the AXXIS Ultimates for about $80CAD per axle locally.

Just drive it to wear off the material.
Peter drives a SLK 350.

It is the Benz SLK350 with the stock pad, not sure about the brand. There are not too many manufacturers making brake pad for my car.
If there is any track pads that I can use, I would love to know.

They make AXXIS Ultimates for your car. I am not sure where the best place to buy them are, but I would definitely try to find a reputable online place or even someone local.
Here is an example site but I would not recommend ordering from these guys since they look a little shady:$80USD per axle here (http://www.streetbeatcustoms.com/rotora-axxis-ultimate-brake-pads-mercedes-benz-slk-series.html)
These are the D# and FMSI numbers for your car, and a list of other cars that use the same sized pad. The part number of pretty much every pad out there includes either the D# or the FMSI#
FRONT PAD = D710 FMSI 7583
96-98 C280
95-97 C36AMG
96-97 E300
98-04 SLK230
02-04 SLK32 AMG
01-04 SLK320
05 SLK350
REAR PAD = D779 FMSI 7647
04-05 Crossfire
99-05 C230
01-05 C240
98 C280
01-05 C320
98-04 SLK230
02-04 SLK32 AMG
01-04 SLK320
05 SLK350
Since your car is kind of new, if you find a shop that sells MB racing pads, and they don't show a pad available for your car, just tell them to give you same pad used on an '01 SLK320 or even a '98 C280.

I know Will Zaraska from my days at the BMW driving schools. He is a very nice guy and would be a great source of info. He tracks his cars and sells used German cars.
If you can buy from him that would be great.
