View Full Version : Any track dates from Augt 18th-Aug 24th?

Does anyone know of any track events from August 18th to about the 24th? I have a small time frame to work in, and would love to get a track event in, or else I will only have one this year. I really would like to hit Mosport, everytime something comes up when I book an event there. TIA.

Hi Pej,

Sorry, but I dont think anything is happening at Mosport during this period (private or clubs).

The only event I am aware during that week is at Cayuga/Toronto Motorsports Park (TMP) advanced training organized by Gerry Low on Friday August 18th.

Never been to Cayuga.
What is this event like? Can anyone join? Gerry is part or was part of BMWCC right? His name is familiar to me.

Yes, he is an instructor with the local BMW Trillium chapter. Has been with the BMWCC club for 30 years, and was a director for many years.

Experienced people who have been to Cayuga before can attend this event as a lapping day (at reduced rate), for others it is similar to BMWCC school day with an instructor. It will be a nice safe event, with most (if not all) intructors from the Trillium chapter.

The Dunnville track is not really done, they have no curbing, they just changed the layout, and the run off areas supposedly have large holes everywhere.

Im not to big on Cayuga, but I think it might be the only other event I might be able to get out too, so I think I might go, get some instruction too while Im at it.
