Are the Fuses in the middle row going horizontal spare fuses? They connect to metal in the fuse box so i wasnt sure if they were spares or not. thanks

Andrew, there should be a "fuse card" with the description of each fuse insert and what it's for. The middle row should tell you if it is assigned to anything.

Yes they are spare because I change them when I installed my hid fog
