recommended shops for paint jobs?

Hey guys,

I have a few paint jobs that need to be done.

1) re-painting an mtech 2 front bumper
2) painting the black trim around my e46 white (to match the body colour)

What body shops do you guys recommend with the best mix of quality and pricing?
