YEah, what's the protocol? I am hesitant on touching other Bimmers even when leaving cards. I'd rather hand them out to the owners if possible. I hate it when i see people touching my car. :Idunno:

i agree...we need a protocol (calling on chris/ant?). i hate anyone touching my side windows cause you gotta lift the rubber...at least with the windshield, you just lift the wiper blade. i intend to only hand it out face-to-face.

We discussed this at sometime...both places seemed appropriate, although some do hate the idea of someone touching their car (touche pas, Chris ;) )...

Use your discretion...if the car is super hot, well, we want the guy on board. Card it. If not, maybe give the card to the guy if you see him.

To be honest, BMW guys love their cars. I think they might be flattered to think that another driver thought their ride 'cool' enough to want to join a BMW board. The cards are classy. It's not like they are getting invited to some cheap suit sale or something...

Second approved. In terms of car placement, if the weather is nice, go for driver window. If you know it might rain or get wet, windshield under the wiper. Yes, some drivers don't like others touching the car but as Anthony said, they might be flattered that we even took notice.
