I've got a torque wrench as well. We can decide whether a tire swap is in order during coffee.

One of the best and funniest meets we have had. We settled the MAC vs. PC debate.
Great time.

That was a great meet!
We relived our own Mac/PC ad. I bought my Toshiba, fully charged, so windoze boy could feel included and do some work on it. The two gleaming Macs were open and working happily, the Toshiba (taking 5 minutes to boot!!!), crapped out halfway through the boot. It died in shame. Too funny. Mac rulz. Again. 'Hi, I'm a Mac. And I'm a PC'....:yak:
And Bill, thanks for allowing me to drive your amazing M3, and to muddy the waters. My choice just got even more complicated. And the launch!!!!
Yes please!

Lucky for you guys Dipal did not bring his Vaio or it would have kicked both of your Macs azzes with one hand tied behind it's back. :)

not that i need to stir the pot anymore [since i'm on the fence on pc vs. Mac] but Yorgi - you know what happenned to the toshiba right? It might be a homophobe..decided to shut down infront of those macs...

hahaha, i hardly know enough about both sides to take sides. you guys crack me up. This is like Kenny vs. Spenny...
We had 2 very strong arguments:
Jackal/Audio: they are awesome, extremely fast boot up times, hardly any viruses, reliable, good battery life, intuitive operating system
Yorgi: but they're GAY

01-12-2007, 03:30 PM
Its also the way Yorgi says it....just too funny.
BTW, no viruses...;) You are totally safe...

Comparisons? Mac vs. PC
Hmm. I can think of one like a BMW M3 vs. Ford Focus. Power AND Speed.
951kid
01-12-2007, 06:28 PM
my next computer MAY be a Mac....but until then, i'm going to have to watch you guys make fun of each other.
no viruses at all eh? now thats something i like.

Comparisons? Mac vs. PC
Hmm. I can think of one like a BMW M3 vs. Ford Focus. Power AND Speed.Except, to be a true comparison you would have to add the following restrictions:
You can drive your M3 on only 2% of the roads.
Adding OEM mods to the M3 will cost about the price of a new Focus, and your choices will be limited.
M3 gas (software) will cost $3/L compared to Focus gas which is free if you know where to find it, or $1/L for those who are lazy or honest.
Your M3 will only come in pink (because it's gay). :)

Yorgi worked very hard to load windows....it was still going after 6 hours!!!
I'll pick up the laptop this week...it was loading faster...not the 4/5 minutes
of course, 6_pac's 5 year old mac loads in 30 secs:)

BTW, I can attest that Ant can fly a lot better than he can drive. We hooked up my PC to the projection TV when he came over and ran LOMAC (Lock-on) and M$ flight simulator. (both very accurate flight sims)
He was flying circles around anything I've ever seen.
