just got back! we were there at 8pm and did two races. because they weren't expecting us they ran us on speed 2, but the owner was cool and said just for us they would have ran the next race on speed 1.

still, good to see the guys and I finally beat GeoS my archrival in the second race! woot

Glen, we were stuck with GeoS fighting behind Andrei, one of my friends.
He was a lot slower, but we couldn't pass. And we also exchange positions
few times. You managed to pass Andrei earlier, that's why you came ahead
of GeoS ;)

There were some good battles in both races. I had the advantage in the 1st one, got ahead early and had open track. I think Glen got stuck in traffic in that race. In the next race was a 3-way battle for 2nd place the whole way. Lots of bumping and grinding.woot

I think it is harder to pass with the carts on speed 2. The acceleration and corner speeds were low enough not to punish all the driver errors. I had a few ragged laps but still managed to maintain position. It was a bit of a Monaco GP type of race.
