device so you do not have to completely depress your clutch pedal. basically consists of a robber stopper that you install in your foot well against your firewall, sticks up, and prevents clutch pedal from completely depressing to the floor. also consists of another protrusion attached to your clutch pedal that depresses the actuator required to start the car (effective bridging gap that would otherwise be closed if you were able to completely depress your clutch).
effective if you do not already have a good feel of clutch the engagement point and like to feel a hard stop when depressing your clutch.
easy to install and i would assume a cheap mod (assumption only 'cause i do not have one or need one :blaaaa: )

Very cheap and easy mod but some say, depending on the adjustment, you can not allow full disengagement of the clutch. I think the pedal travel of the clutch stock is way too long.... Just like the shifter.

It will cost you less than $5 CDN.
But the pad I think they sell only in 4's, so you may want to split it with someone else.
All parts available at Home Depot, it's great!

i dont think you need this mod at all...once in gear...you only need to depress the clutch like 1 - 2" to change gears....
clutch stop = :thumbsdow

agreed! don't do it. while the travel is too long as eric states, once you've acquired feather like clutch control (as i'm sure you have :wink2: ), this just becomes a crutch.
I laugh on one of the post when this guy put the clutch stop in and couldn't start his car in the morning. This was on e46fanatic. :yak:
