I want to order the Dice ipod integration unit for my car. (2004 m3) I dont have navi
My question is:
1) has anybody orderd this for their car?
2) How much did the total come out to shipping and unit itself. (im in toronto)
3) Where did you order it from? EAS or directly from Dice website?
4) if you have it, share your comments.

EAS is great to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with Tom@EAS as he helps out if you have any issues or questions. I bought my Ice>Link from EAS.

yes I got mine a month ago and I really love it.

I guess I paid little bit over $200

Dice has recharge func of your ipod and it is really comfortable to use..
can change songs/volume thru your steering wheel. you can't compare dice to
ice-link.

i have the DICE too and i got it from a member at e46fanatics.com. i paid 140 shipped from CA.
it works well with the steering controls but its next to impossible to get to a particular song.
it takes some time getting used to how to switch tracks and albums but i am glad i can still keep my hands on the wheel.

I don't understand the difference. I have the Ice>Link and it:
- charges the iPod
- allows me to control the volume through the steering wheel
- allows me to change the songs through the steering wheel
What makes the DICE better than the Ice>Link?

that is what Tom @ EAS told me. and before I bought my dice I searched
and concluded that DICE is better than ice_link. Otherwise I might just
buy ice_link from the futureshop with cheaper price. (they had a clearance $69 CAD when I was looking for something for my car).
Tom used to sell ice_link before DICE came out and
he doesn't sell ice_link anymore. Maybe they don't produce ice_link anymore?
I searched Google and found out this.

btw he is also selling ICE-link to dice upgrade kit ($99 USD)
DICE must have some advantages over ICE_Link

hmm looking at that chart, the only BIG difference between DICE and Icelink+ is DICE has Aux input. Everything else is pretty much the same. I have my icelink+ and I think it works great!
icelink and dice is pretty much the same ... but they changed it a bit and remarketed icelink as dice because they were having problems with icelink draining the battery on some cars
