you should. his advice is built into his price. Unfortunately many like to suck info and then go elsewhere after wasting his time - then the same buyers complain about poor customer service from the "biway" of car parts vendors who don't know what they are selling and who they should be selling it to. Lose lose situation over a set of brake pads and a few bucks.
